[Imperative]

Hey, I have an idea of what I'm going to use for a very first (real) setup. I've used the crappy skullcandy headphones TOO LONG! So my idea is to run a pair of ATH-M50s through a FiiO E5 amplifier to an iPod Touch. Any recommendations on this setup? Anything you would change for the value? I'll be listening to a lot of different genres so I appreciate the fact that the M50s are a very flat headphone, and the FiiO E5 gives me a "bass boost" option if I happen to be listening to rap or dubstep. What should I do to the song files? What other choices do I have for pocket amps? anything preferred here?
