I'll work on tracking equipment and the details today and tomorrow.
I just received my HF-2's in the mail today though, so I might need to spend some "quality time" with them today!

Don't want to give my friend his Benchmark DAC1 back now.  (Or ever...)

Cee,

Cool.  I read a thread earlier where someone was saying we should check before bringing equipment so we don't have duplicates.  So, let me know what process you decide on and I'll send you my equipment list and see if it's ok to bring it.

There is nothing wrong with some duplicate equipment.  Everyone is going to have a different setup or mix of them.  We're not building one single giant system.

So it's ok to just bring it without listing it with someone, or should we post it to a list somewhere first?

Thank you for the questions and thank you AMB for your input.

I'll put together a "draft list' of possible attendees and equipment tomorrow.

People are welcome to bring whatever they would like to bring...duplicate equipment is fine.  Multiple LCD-2's, for example would be great since many would like to hear.

I don't even know exactly what I would like to hear (because I don't know enough)- so having things there that I don't know anything about is perfect...

(One Head-Fi'er didn't want to bring everything he had, so we'll put his list of gear up and see if anyone wants him to bring specific items.)

I just have to listen to my new HF-2's and do light surfing today...tomorrow will be my "concerted effort" to get the meet together.

Cheers!

Post your list anyway, so people can see what to expect.

Multiple outlet strips, power cords, interconnects, headphone stands, etc.
The tables should come pre-covered with cloth and skirt from the hotel (that's how it was in the past, anyway).
