Had to look that one up. That's one sweet looking headphone. Sadly, I can't really wear headphones that long. :frowning2: Glass wear that rotates between reading glasses and computer glasses often, not to mention hotspot behind my ear when wearing headphones. I even bought a pair of glasses that have super thin arms... bummer. But I still enjoy them from time to time for limited listening sessions.

My mobile setup a couple days ago:

Sorry to hear that, when I wear glasses, I often place the arms above the pads. It looks kind of silly, but as long as I stay at home. Alternatively, just take the glasses of, close your eyes and enjoy....:k701smile:

I'm looking around now, I finally returned to the iPhone flock and as the 12's don't come with an adaptor at all I will likely try to find a "decent" Lightning (DAC & AMP) to 3.5mm cable as I couldn't be bothered with:

https://www.hidizs.net/collections/...zs-s9-balanced-single-ended-mini-hifi-dac-amp - a bit too clunky for a pocket

or

The Fender looks ok https://www.hidizs.net/collections/...zs-s9-balanced-single-ended-mini-hifi-dac-amp but a bit pricey

Cables: three other options I've quickly found

V-Moda looks good https://www.v-moda.com/us/en/products/speakeasy-lightning-cable - a bit expensive though (would cost me about $200 AUD for a 5 year old set of $400 AUD headphones)

Moshi https://www.moshi.com/en/product/in...able-4-ft-1-2-m/titanium-gray?ref=category:22 the 3.5mm end looks a bit large to fit the B & O's 3.5mm port???

Belkin https://www.belkin.com/au/p/P-AV10172/ no detail on the DAC & AMP.. but cheap

+ Ebay has a bunch available for about $10 - $20 AUD - not sure how they would sound :L3000:

Why not use a Bluetooth adapter?

Too expensive - the Bluetooth adapter would cost me about $100 (a cable would be under $50) and I was trying to avoid “extra” parts
FIIO BTR3K is only 70$ (66$ if you'll use the coupon in the first post of the Pro 82 thread https://www.head-fi.org/threads/tak...iew-impressions-and-discussion-thread.849965/)
From the options you posted:
Hidizs S9 is 109$
V-Moda cable is 101$
Cheaper Moshi and Belkin cables are for connecting to stereo systems, not headphones.

And none of them allow you true mobility on the go - you are tied to your phone by a wire, which will eventually get torn out by some door handle.
