A quote I read from the SMH today:

"International industry experts have been marvelling at Australia for years. Local retailers - department stores in particular - sell goods at prices that much of the rest of the world only dream about.
In international retailing circles, Australia is often referred to as ''Treasure Island'', where the prices at which we mug punters buy goods are far higher than those in most of the rest of the world. And this is why ''price harmonisation'' is the term our retailers hate to hear."

In international retailing circles,

So true.

Then again, at least we still get paid well here. The guy who lives next door is from Spain. He was an architect and he came to Aussie to wash dishes. He gets paid $14 AUD/hour and he says he gets paid more here than back in Spain as an architect.

Check in. How did I only find this thread today?!

A question for Gwarmi, notice you keep both V200 and plenty of Grados. Does v200 drive Grados well, esp. RS1 and 325i? I just got rid off my RA1 and not entirely satisfied with direct driven by HP-A7 phone jacks. Start accumulating interests on lake people.
