Looks like Audiosense is really rolling the dice here. Don’t get me wrong my T800 is my favorite IEM and the customer service is tops but this new release is way overpriced to me. They really are taking a huge risk. If its not exquisite sounding in every way possible this could easily turn people off to the brand. I really hope thats not the case but I’m out based on price immediately.

I get it, regarding the price, but it’s not much more than the FiiO FH7, and it’s less with the initial discount.

100% agree with you, I don’t think is over expensive, they just don’t have the “name” to charge more. We’ll see in the future, if they keep doing good stuff, how new designs comes with skyrocket prices, something like...

Can anyone compare the t800 to the it03? Or aq3 to the it03? I love the ibasso's, but I could use more note weight and bigger stage...just checking out my options. Bass quantity is just about perfect on the it03'same as well, but could use more detail/rumble/slam sometimes.

With the AQ7 at 500 in their original price, I think that they will have a hard competition agaisnt something like Mofasest Trio, which I think that it gives a more interesting hybrid driver configuration: 2 Electrostatic+ 2BA + 1 Dynamic Driver.

That one has been released for quite a while but not many people are talking about it. It is more about the tuning than throwing in all kinds of drivers.

Is it just me or does that look like a +15db rise from the low mid dip to the subbass? Is this thing going to be a bass canon? I usually don't go off of manufacturer graphs, but their provided graphs for previous IEMs have been extremely similar to actual measurements elsewhere. Also end of the month is this week so hopefully they will still be releasing by then.
