What is best is a subjective opinion. What matters is what is best for you and the only true way of knowing that is by auditioning them. That being said, both have favourable reviews here. The Sennheisers cable has a unique connector according to reviews so may want to consider getting a spare if you plump for the HD380PRO (you can search on the forum regarding that). Both seem good value from the reviews:-

If I were you, I'd wade through the reviews and weigh up the pros and cons and cost for you then take the plunge and buy. Judging by the reviews you'll get a decent pair of phones either way.

Hope this helps and good luck. Let us know what you decide to go with and your impressions

Get Sennheiser HD380.... more comfortable, better isolation and great soft sub-bass. But they are only suitable for indoors with some amp.
