I've been looking at the JDS Labs ODAC, I have a FiiO e12 Mont Blanc and audio technica ath-m50's.  I was wondering, will that set up work all together or will I have to look into  the JDS Labs O2+ODAC to make it all work in sync?

You can use ODAC with any amp. There's no need to replace what you already have, unless you're interested in the O2, of course.
