Audio Technica ATH-IM70: A Bold New Direction

My IM50s is nothing but bassy. With stock tips, it can be less clear and sound muddy through the midrange. I strongly recommend to change the tips to soft tips with wide opening as I believe changing tips is a must to enjoy these IEMs.

Amazon has these? Interesting...
Also, a question: can one sleep with these ( im70 or im02) on?

Yes, I can sleep with these but it is not as comfortable as PFEs.

1st post, scroll down.

"Yamaha EPH-100 has closer sound signature to IM50 & IM70 than the others, but IM50 & IM70 have better bass and treble extension than EPH-100."

As for the mid bass, EPH-100 has about the same level as IM50, but IM50 extend lower.  To me IM50 and IM70 are an upgrade to EPH-100.

Hey GUys,

i am trying to order the IM70s from Accessory Jack, but they are on backorder for two weeks.

Any idea of another supplier that has them in stock for a similar price (~$90)?

Thanks

There are tons of sites you can get them for around $65. I ordered them from CDjapan.

CDJapan is out of stock, i think the only places where you can get them right now are ebay and amazon. In CDJapan i didn't saw them at $65, the cheapest i've seen them is when i bought mine, and those were around $85...
