Went to Jaben today, picking up my IM50 from having it recabled, and while I'm there, check out few new small under $60 IEMs, a Takstar, DBE, and RHa s500. Must say its amazing what you can get these days at such a low price... All of them are lovely, with the RHA with the most peculiar driver, it's so small, half of my Heaven II, feel insubstantial on my hand. It definitely has a V shape sig, but no recessed Mids like I heard out of its big brothers. It has tight and deep bass, but the treble was fatiguing for me, it's accentuated and feel scratchy and harsh... Maybe it's just not for me.
Well, going back to the topic, I asked whether the E series will be coming in near foreseeable future, the clerk says nope, nothing in the next few week. Oh bummer, well, at least I finally got my IM50 back, I miss it's ease of use Soo much.

You're so lucky, I wish I could live in Hong Kong :pensive:

Actually, yes there are serious contenders at $60. I'm still waiting for my Macaw GT100S to come, hope it will reach my mailbox soon

no. australia, china, hong kong, indonesia, malaysia, singapore, taiwan, thailand are the countries Jaben is located.
yep they definitely make their presence felt in Asia's Headphone community... And no wonder, their service is great and the place is just so comfortable, I like spending hours there trying out new stocks, discussing with the store clerk...
They do bulk sales of old, niche and unusual expensive product like T5p (M1), Heaven Pandora IV, some sony SA3000, in a fraction of its new price. While also having the newest ones in stock.

I think i would prefer to live in Japan. Their range of earphones in the massive electronics store is crazy. There was this shop in osaka, with an entire level of second hand earphones/headphones/amps, even single sided units of IEMs..

haha, yeah, its just Soo bizarre how they put so much work, attention and care into those shops, specialists shops's various demos does look amusing, making my heart beat faster with the possibility of what I can possibly find.

Just look at his smile  I won't laugh, as you'll ee the same expression plastered on mine if I'm in the same room.
