no experience with the material but I have seen installations where it was used (non audio).Prices look more than reasonable though shipping would kill you so a local dealer would have to be found but I like the "look" and am even considering a countertop piece as a desktop and maybe the 16x16 for rack shelves if it is stocked locally.

I was racking my brains thinking of isolating vibrations, I realized it would be easier to relocate my listening room to the basement and rest the compenents on the concrete floor, so I did just that!
