The output impedance stays the same. Only the load (or equivalent input impedance) reduces. When both the speaker amp and the headamp have a decent input impedance (say >10k) then there should not be any significant audible effect. There will always be a small influence, but I doubt if I would be able to hear it.
The influence of adding another connector to the signal chain could have more impact than the parallel loads.
