How long have you waited? i emailed the audio-gd@126.com on the 23 December, and it tok about 12hours to answer (get the email on the 24 December), (i didn't take in account the time difference of about +7-8hours, from my location).

They probably have a lot to do now that they have started shipping the NFB-11 and the NFB-12 should start to be shipped any minute!

Thats currently strange… Your not sending a to complicated email to them? (I´m just speculating)
From my on experience, dealing most with Edwin, keeping the question short and to the point works great. anything else and you get a copy paste from the homepage…

At this point it seems obvious [to me] the Kingwa needs some help.  He needs to hire someone fluent in English who can correspond with customers, keep people updated and take orders in a more efficient manner.  It would not hurt to actually automate the buying process via PayPal, they have a really easy process that businesses can use.

Or hotmail's acting up. It is known to be a mail blackhole (mail go in then dump somewhere without any notice to the sender or receiver), sometime causing headache to us administrators.

I got an email back from them in less than 24, Said "Want to stop pre-order". not sure if that means I can order one or not.

What else to consider in this price range that could be used first as a DAC, and Headphone amp also?

I had also some mail problems but i received an automatic bounce reply from a provider.
Sending it to the hotmail adres was a solution and i received an answer very quick.

Using a gmail mail account could be a solution for Kingwa, it works great and it has pop3 features so he can use email apps such as Outlook.

Tini
