Thanks to the both of your comments. I would prefer to call them but I'm in the process in getting a feed back on sending them back. I gave them my info on the LCD 2 soo lets see if they respond this.
Thank you both for responding to my message . All I have to do now is to wait for the shipping slip or request so I can send them back, cause I gave all they needed to do so like last tuesday.
I've had a few experiences with Audeze quite recently and they have always taken care of me in a timely manner. Whether by email or phone, although I did prefer calling them. Tony, the Internet sales manager was really awesome to deal with, and the problem we had was fixed in a timely manner. I would call them, forget emails.
