Audeze Trade-In, Trade-Up Program

They received my HE-400i trade-in on Wednesday morning.  Haven't heard anything yet.  LCD-XC is still in processing status.  The shipping instructions had me send them my tracking info so I was hoping that meant they were cross-shipping.  Doesn't appear so.

Thank you for the information.
If you don't mind letting me/us know how things go with this process as I also assumed it was a cross-ship program and is why I asked, hoping Audeze would clarify.

I've been spoiled by Amazon Prime.  I thought I may see my new headphones by the end of the week, but I realize that was unrealistic.

I ordered before the offer went live on the website since I had already received an email directly from them, so I was likely one of the first people to accept the offer. I'm guessing that means none have shipped yet?

They set my order to completed and called me on Friday to tell me that it would ship early next week.  I'm hopeful that means tomorrow.

My order was marked as completed late last week and I missed a call from Audeze regarding my order.  No shipping notification yet.  I'm really hoping they'll ship this week.

I received mine last Thursday.  Unfortunately, one of the ear cups has a large crack in the finish so I have set up an RMA.  I will be mailing it back to Audeze tomorrow.

This is a good program. I traded in my HD600's for the LCD-XC and I'm thrilled with them so far. I've only listened to them for a short time, but very impressed. I've been pairing it with the Grace M9XX. I should be able to comment further after a couple weeks. I listen to a lot of jazzy pop and Eva Cassidy types.
