Wait what? About the Sidetone function? I never said that's a useless function. It should CLEARLY be something that works and works correctly. I was specifically referring to myself and my use case. I don't use sidetone so I would turn it off. It's useless for ME. I didn't say the Sidetone issues weren't an issue.
It was implied with every eh and uh. Go back and read. Like I said, I know you know your stuff but the last post I quoted was spot on. You don’t have to take the advice but maybe take a step back.
Dude you need to calm down it will ship asap they have already stated this. At least yours is getting ready to ship there are some of us here it's going to be after Xmas. They are a small company and we are in the middle of a pandemic which has messed things up too. If you were stating about canceling based on the quality of the reviews nobody could say otherwise but to state it over them not answering you about shipping when they have already answered that question to others several times is a bit daft no? Sends up a rather desperate flare lol.
I don’t care about when it ships. I care that everyone was told expedited shipping and they apparently use their own definition of expedited shipping which to everonr else who has ever ordered something is ground shipping. They already made 2 promise dates to preorder customers that they didn’t keep and I think it would be fair that when they are able to ship, they actually send them out expedited. They can’t control a great many things. But they can exhibit a bit of customer service and goodwill by getting those orders in people’s hands faster after a few mistakes. Unless they want to come out and say that they aren’t. I’m saying they’re not going to because they are anticipating cancellations. Why not be upfront for once? Upgrading those preorders to 2 day shipping is not going to put them out of business.

You need to focus on fixing this “wooshing” wind noise. I don’t think that is the same issue you have already fixed. This seems different then a simple noise floor issue. It’s very distracting and I notice it much more on ps5. There are several posts in the last few pages that describe it well.
Thanks to many feedback here and the first person (I think) who agreed to RMA his pair, we understood what was happening and were able to reproduce the low level
feed-back wind-like swooshing sound. It had flown under the radar due to a combination of factors but it was a very simple fix once we knew what was going one. We still want to get some direct user feedback, so we are cautiously optimistic. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks, Size 8 Hat = 25" & 64cm, yes, you have a big melon.
My head is 60.5cm, and it was borderline tight. It started to give me a headache, after about 30mins of use.

Sorry to be a pain, but do you mean that you've began shipping units to uk dealers as well? So Hi-fiheadphones for example?
Yes. We are back Friday and Saturday this week to continue shipping (Thursday is Thanksgiving holiday in the US).

Look I am not saying what you say isn't valid but it's been said a hundred times in a mere matter of days on this thread alone. Expedited just means accomplished more quickly People need to learn the art of patience. And yes there have been delays but during a pandemic and with restrictions in place in parts of the world I.e China its no wonder there have been delays you need to take this into account take a step back with a nice deep breath and chill, If the headset isn't up to your standards that's the time to return it And its not just about upgrading it to 2 day shipping as you point out they will only be able to dispatch so many each day this isn't amazon we are dealing with I doubt very much audeze has the capacity to ship everything out in 1 day.

How soon will the Penrose X ship to the UK? Is there any way this can be done soon so we get them in early December? @waltzk Is right about one thing, You guys do need to speed this up and get these shipped out in the next week at the latest.

No thank you. Not necessary. I wouldn’t want any special attention or favors. I’m just like every other preorder that didn’t get theirs. Just want it addressed. Thank you.
All preorders for Penrose PS are packed and are waiting for labeling and fedex drop-off. We will be working Friday/Saturday this week to send most (if not all of them).

Penrose X - We just got Microsoft approval. We will provide shipping details next week.

Dude give it a rest. It's just becoming lame now. Your post has no purpose except to be a jerk. Criticize the headset to everyone in general or even direct it towards Audeze but when you do it to something I say you just look pathetic. Good day.

This is what we were told in the email last week and what was on the site before preorders closed. 2 different dates. So they’ll be going out ground shipping and won’t be upgraded and preorders are possibly not shipping until next week which means with ground shipping some preorders won’t arrive until second week of December. One month after the PS5.
