Any approximate dates for the shipping to shops which offered preorder in Europe? (namely Tophifi in Poland, if it matters )

Many of our EU distributors have already had their orders shipped. But customs clearance and cargo transit times are very difficult to predict. Our first Penrose X units took 8 days to clear at LAX (7th to 15th).

Just got an email with a UPS tracking number for the Penrose X. Ordered in September.

FYI: Audeze twitter said tracking information should be coming today for those of us who ordered before 11/12. Let's just hope they don't use USPS...

We are using UPS for all the shipments. Almost everyone should have tracking numbers updated today. Tracking number will come from UPS directly.

I've been trying to reach your support team for 7 days now, have tried calling your office and made multiple support tickets and have not received one response or call back. I see your team is active here but unresponsive via your main phone line or support email.

Can you please have someone look at my ticket as I'd like to return my Penrose headphones before the 30 days as according to your policy.

DTS X for headphones & Dolby atmos for headphones are both on sale right now and work across Xbox and PC, Fyi. I personally prefer the DTS option.

i also prefer the DTS option for CoD, thanks for the heads up on the sale, I was intending to purchase and have done now its on sale

@Audeze Any update as to when we can expect a Mac version of the app for the Penrose? Happy to test a Beta version. Just need something to set my Penrose up on. I have a Mac and iPhone - neither of which are supported at the moment.

What does this mean? Is this needed for footsteps on cod for ps5?

Just came to say I received my tracking this evening. It appears UPS picked them up today, and there’s not ETA quite yet. They are being shipped UPS 2nd day air though, thanks Audeze for delivering on the expedited shipping as I should easily have these by Christmas.
