LCD-MX4 works really well with FiiO Q5 and its AM05 module :)

I had the LCD MX4 for a month I sent them back
The LCD i4 is a much better headphone, if you're ok with in ear
I never have owned or listened to LCD 4. Hopefully they are way better
I love LCD i4, MX4 get a hard pass

Different enough, Yes. Better, not exactly :)

LCD-MX4 is not LCD-4, it isn't exactly better, it is more mid-forward in the long run, with less bass and treble, so if you are looking for this kind of signature yes. It works better for long hours of usage, in terms of being extremely non-fatiguing and extremely easy to listen to, with a satisfying sound.

MX4 is not LCD-4Z either, there is an easy to drive LCD-4 named LCD-4Z as well out there, but 4MX is more of a different thing through and through

LCD-MX4 is smoother as well.

My full in-depth review on LCD-MX4 is almost ready, will be posting it in the following 2-3 days for more details :)

Took me a little while than expected but my thoughts are up! Love your pictures by the way, I've got all this beautiful wood furniture and yet here you've got such a gorgeous cut of tree trunk against that pretty green background!!! Really stunning
