Could someone please tell me the height/width of the opening on the m50's? (Just so I can see if they fit me)

If you are referring to the ATH M50s if they have an adjustable headband, Yes
Actually, the M50s will fit almost everyone ( subjective)
 
Its fit is very adjustable,fits all of my "big" friends too
 
Just a questions, why do you need the dimension of the headphones?

The opening?  Do you mean the ear pads?

You won't be able to tell much just by the opening inside the earbad, since the pads of the M50 are meant to fit under your ears.  They're not big enough to full enclose the ear by just sitting over them.

Yeah the pads have a concave shape (smaller opening, larger interior) so they sort of go around the wearer's ears and enclose them.
 
afaik they are large enough for average sized ears, for larger ears, driver-touching is likely (resolvable by stacking some stuff under the cushions to prop them up).
