Hi all,
I've read through a few threads on this forum (including: http://www.head-fi.org/t/421890/the-xonar-essence-stx-q-a-tweaking-impressions-thread) on how to setup my Xonar Essence STX sound card. They were all good, set it up like they did etc. Now I'm looking at different tweaking options within the sound card's program (Xonar Audio Center) to make it all 'sound better'.
I'm pretty new to this stuff, but is there anything I should be doing in the 'Effect' tab? Because with just the basic settings of;
The sound doesn't sound that good, sounds just like normal.
I have the: Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO (250 ohm) headphones as well.
Primarily use this combo for rap/hip hop listening and gaming, so I want pretty decent bass. Is there anybody who can point out some tweaks that would make everything sound better?
Sorry again, I'm really new to this.
Thanks!
