I now focus on an audio card under $100 USD, which is great for gaming (music and movies sometimes). I would like to limit my choice within ASUS Xonar DX and Creative X-Fi Titanium. Anyone here want to share experience with one of the both? Or any suggestion?

A refurbished or used Forte (at $90) would outperform both in all aspects.

Strictly between those two, I'd stay away from the X-Fi due to driver issues.

A Forte is still going to use Creative's X-Fi drivers :p

I'd recommend you to search for some second hand AuzenTech X-Fi Bravura, great card for it's money and I think you could find it for under $100. The DX is a great card for listening to music and watching an action flic now and then but I have no doubts that the X-Fi would be far superior when it comes to games. Too bad the Creative drivers are a bad joke.

Recommand you to have xonar DX, cuz creative's driver is really terrible.

Auzentech cards are much different then Creative offerings.  The drivers do not perform the same on these cards.

The Forte is superior to CL's current offerings.  As was mentioned, you can get them used for a great price and they come with warranty..etc.
