Can someone tell me if the AX 35 is comfortable if laying on one's side? For example, does the housing stick out beyond the outer ear? I am looking for some bedtime IEMs. Thanks

I would say that isolation is at least average for a IEM (I'm using Sony hybrid tips).

For reference, I have a PFE 012 and consider the cable noise to be very distracting, so a direct comparision would be good, if  possible.

For pop and rock music, I much preferred Piston 2.0 to AX30, especially after removing the foam.  Piston is more musical with a lot more bass.  AX30 is more detailed and analytical sounding.

These are really tempting. How do these compare to some recent IEMs like the ATH IM-02/50/70 or the Fostex TE-05?
 
Also, can anyone comment on the cable/strain relief? They don't look particularly substantial from what I can see.

Hi, I am really looking into buying these and I have some questions, - how are they with electronic music and vocals (Vocal Trance) ? , and if anyone can compare these to vsonic VSD1 what would be the similarities or differences ? Thanks
