Astell & Kern SR25: The next A&norma player

Thank you Jason, any clue how to make it work with AppleTV4k as BT source?
I can connect the AppleTV4k with my Sony nwa55L as Sink without problem but with the SR25, the AppleTV4k does not display the pairing code and the displays an error and does not connect.
Let me ask around the office to see who has an Apple TV at home that can test. I can confirm I was able to connect and listen to my TV running Android TV and to a different TV with a Chromecast running Google TV with no issues on the SR25. Paired right away. Showed same pairing code on both SR25 and the TV.

It's not turning off after update. Settings does not matter-whether ten minutes, half hour, or hour, it refuses to turn off. Also the new AK file drop is always on, even though it shows "off" in settings. I can turn it off manually, but then why have such options anymore?

My apologies to appear ungrateful, but this update should not have been OKd with these problems-appears as if testing is not thorough, or as if they do not care about the SR25.

It appears as if it is using even less battery-may be my mind. But it stayed on overnight, consuming 50% of battery. It was not turning off throughout my commuting and work yesterday either. It stopped turning off since update.

I reported the AK File Drop issue yesterday to the dev team. I have not noticed the shutdown issue. Was using it all day yesterday and pretty sure it auto shut down after the time specified in settings. I will test this morning.

Thank you, and my apologies. Just left it on over one hour in the one hour setting and it never turned off. It never happened before-hoping it's not only my SR25. Always turned off before.

Good catch, Star!

My experience with latest FW 1.60 -
1) AK File Drop is also a little glitchy on my SR25, using a Windows 10 PC. File transfer usually 'hangs' copying at one point and will not progress further. Usually have to try multiple times to get the album on the player. My player definitely cycles off/on during the file transfer causing a disconnect. I can eventually get the music over to the SR25-but it takes multiple tries per album. For now, I'll stick to wired copying.

2) I've not encountered the timer issue on my player, so far. Verified it worked properly at the 10 & 30 minute settings.

Experimenting with Apple Music on by SR25. Getting a lot of glitchy play back on 192 ALAC tracks whether downloaded or streamed. Anyone else getting this? I'm on version 3.9.0. (Just to note, no such problems with Qobuz or stock player.)

I wasn't planning on buying a new DAP for a while. With the SR25 MkII coming out the SR25 is on sale locally, for less than I could source an SR15 from China. I don't use any IEMs with 4.4mm balanced, so that's no problem. I'll take note not to update the firmware when I get it. Hopefully they will sort the problems out soon.

It's seemingly worse. I manually turned off my SR25 last night with about 75% battery left. I just turned it back on and the battery is now at 27%. Is there a way to go back to the old firmware until this is sorted out?
