Yes! I posted here this morning confirming. It will be released tomorrow, 12/12 around the afternoon Korea time. North America and EU should see it very late tonight or during the night.

Our players have a full decoder built in, so they can unfold all the way to the original resolution of the file.

@JasonNYC for the last three days i have been trying to update to firmware 1.13 tried everything but it does not do that update at all, i tried to even factory reset it and still no success

Now I saw that firmware 1.15 is out and again I tried to update by downloading it and going through the process and when it reaches the end of the download it asks me to reboot which it does, and I see that its installing the update, but once it boots up i am still on firmware 1.11, I gave I tried factory reset and deleted all internal storage but no success in update what so ever. The internal storage is completely free as i erased it, and the battery is fully charged , i just give up, totally not happy

why is this happening ?

With the Open APK stuff (to install Spotify) do you need to remove an old version before installing a new version, or can you just overwrite the old one?

Is anyone else suffering really bad WiFi signal strength on their SE100? Had the player only a couple of weeks and love it so far. I decided to install the new update and get myself some MQA action but was a little shocked and saddened when I saw that WiFi icon struggling to get up to 1 bar. I'm directly above my router and no problems with any other devices. Hiby R6, which is the one supposed to be having the WiFi issues is pictured on the left for reference.

On my smartphone in exact same location I am getting 'Excellent' and 144 Mbps link speed. Surely there must be something wrong with my unit.

Sorry, it was the middle of the night here when you made these two posts.

Try rebooting your router and if you have a separate access point, reboot that also.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago with the SP1000. The SP1000M and SE100 right next to it updated without issue, but for some reason the SP1000 did not. I had the same issue as you are having. I was told by our support team to try and reboot of my wifi and it worked.

Before firmware upgrade:
1. Make sure of the battery level at least over 50%.
2. Make sure of the memory size at least over 500MB.
3. User setting is initialized after upgrade.
4. Before upgrading, please make a backup of important files just in case.
