Hey, do You have problem with connection issues when using a Mac with M1 chipset? usbc to usbc?
Yes, there are known issues with Macs running the M1 chipsets and older USB devices. There are 3 or 4 pages of discussion in this thread maybe about 10 or 15 pages back. I will recap some of it in a bit

I have just upgraded to a Mac Studio and have no problem with the connection using either USB A or USB C.

I stand corrected! I just tried again and can report that my SP2000 only connects via the USB A on the rear of the Mac Studio. I now recall I was swapping files between an external hard drive (and not the SP2000) via the USB C on the front of the Studio.

Hopefully brings us closer to a successor of the SP2000. Can't wait.

for me I is exactly opposite, i favor SQ over UI, if you get use to LP super duper simple UI, AK is nothing...
Absolutely. One doesn't buy a USD$3.5k DAP not for the sound  @Steeve mentioned a QoL improvement they'd like to see in a new device so I thought I'd throw my couple of drachma worth in as well.

Got the SP2K Cu, it looks really gorgeous and has a Rosenkranz sticker at back as well! Still waiting for my new cable for my Tia Trio to use on this. Coming in this saturday and I can't wait.
