Thanks Jason that's answered my question. Good news on 2TB card currently on 76% of 1TB SP2K. Dealers quoting mid October in the UK.
No streaming at 76% of 1TB SP2KDude, it kind of is what it is at this point, does the reason matter? I assume it is important to you for streaming downloads? Do you have a reason to not use a sd card?
The 256GB internal memory was discussed on the initial announcement thread, but was not discussed here. I didn't realize that until today. I thought I had also mentioned it here. Thanks Jason that's answered my question. Good news on 2TB card currently on 76% of 1TB SP2K. Dealers quoting mid October in the UK.

Sorry but I can’t stand reviews from them as they are overselling almost each and every product.
Got it...No streaming at 76% of 1TB SP2K
In the Bloomaudio review they said there was Snapdragon 665, but the specs from AK say Snapdragon 6125. I think I would go with AK, unless I’ve understood it wrong.Sorry but I can’t stand reviews from them as they are overselling almost each and every product.
Why to compare to SP2KT while even good old SP2K is much better than it?
Where is the comparison with SP2K?
And while comparison with DX320 is kinda interesting from price point perspective it makes more sense to compare to N8ii with updated fw/revision.

Oh I see. I didn’t know that.I'm pretty sure 6125 is just the model number for the 665, so same thing.
Have you read the review from Twister6 because he goes into a little detail about the SP2K and SP3K. He’s one of best reviewers in our industry and I trust him. https://twister6.com/2022/09/12/astell-kern-ak-sp3000/3/Looking forward to seeing some more thorough comparisons on the sound of SP3000 vs SP2000.
As a listener of mainly long symphonies and operas, the UI doesn’t really bother me as I’m rarely having to change the track. Also I store all my music in DSD formats on the player/SD card, so don’t need to use apps, online features etc. either.
So it’s really ONLY about the sound for me. So am very interested to hear whether people think it’s a big upgrade from the SP2k in this department, and if it’s a worthwhile investment.
