Hello Jason, you spoke about a firmware update in Oktober. Any news on that?
No firm date yet on updates. As far as I know, still on track for October. Expecting an update early next week.
I don't want to be wrong but the PA10 has the same amplification power as the SP3000, so I don't think you would have any real benefits.
As a portable amp to use with the SP3000, I can recommend the Aroma A100TB (with its Ps100pro power supply), which offers fantastic power and sound quality. Perfect synergy

I always use it with its power supply, however you will certainly have no problems using it with any IEM. There's no shortage of power in the A100TB. It is a great amplifier in a small case, and it is also upgradeable, being able to replace the stock opamps.
Yes sir I have been saying this since the announcement of the PA10 and was curious to hear others opinions, because there must be something I am missing with this.

Anyone else experience with the sp3000 holding onto power button and it does not turn on for a long time and suddenly it just turns on?
My unit is brand new (within months old) and sort of started doing this since week 2 or so of ownership, it sometimes then fixes it self and then I just leave it be, but little paranoid about this. I am writing this hear partially to have record of this happening to me so when reaching out to customer support in future, I can reference this post.
Though I would not wish this on my worst enemy, it would make me feel a little better that I am not the only one experiencing this! (not in the sense that misery loves company, but in the sense of it being a known issue)

Your not alone, I too have experienced this don’t fret. I also get from time to time where the unit is off and the light on the volume jewel with stay lite for awhile before it actually turn the led off.

It was like that with mine all the time. Push the knob for some seconds until the A&K letters show up. No problem.

I reactivated my Tidal account today, using the side loaded app with my SP3000. They seem to move from MQA to FLAC on their HiFi tier but some songs are still in MQA.
What makes me wonder is why does the SP3000s LED light up in red when playing 24bit 96KHZ FLAC but turns green when playing MQA on Tidal?
On Apple Music the light turns green as soon as I play a song in 24bit.
Is there something wrong? I'm using Tidal 2.92.0

My findings as well. I think the led red colour is right and there is no hirez flac on the side loaded app yet. Still an Android limitation except where the dap manufacturer has implemented MQA playback.
