No I did not test other cables with my W6.2, as I will keep this combination (W6.2+SPC cable) for a while as I like the stock sound tuning of Aroma.Did you test other cable on W6.2, dunno how is aroma SPC…

Can’t stop to listen W6.2, so addictive and near to music that I “lose” my sleep.
After 160h I can say: a must have, definitely!

Has anyone managed to listen to Aroma W12?
My W6.2 has reached the 270 hours time mark and I can hear every sound spectrum of this IEM has become mostly stable:
- The high is just right, not bright and spiked, detailed and has a bit of sparkling, extends pretty well.
- The mid is thick so that it provide a good foundation for the vocal. The micro details of the instruments start to surface, I think the power of those 4 BAs begin to unleash.
- For the bass, it is a bit annoying to me during the first 160 hours of burn-in because the quantity and the mid bass were too much. But now the bass has stablized and the quantity is trimmed. It has headed to a direction of texture layering and the punch has become more solid than before. I really love the bass presentation of the W6.2 now.
- Overall sound signature now is still warm due to its strong bass background. The bass is not overriding the micro details and the high, natural and clear sounding with strong bass and warmness, still ideal for long time listening.
I believe those 2 DD in the W6.2 still take sometime to burn in for them to unleash their true potential. Will see how it goes when it reaches the 600 hours time mark. By then I think its sound signature will become fully mature.

Definitely my choice for W6.2, never heard tips that open Aroma sound like this new Epro, Nyx also add dynamic and clarity on mids and bass became so agile and tight!

EDIT: After many comparisons I switched to stock tips, definitely better.
