I'm not a fan of the stock headband. Not on these, not on the DT 1770 not on the DT 1990; just not a fan It gives me a nasty hotspot and while a bit of bending can go a long way in the end it's down to the headband itself. Tonight I finally took the time to swap out the stock headband for something else and started with the DT 770 pro headband (the ones with the buttons) and it makes a world of difference for me. The headband for the TYGR / Custom one etc. works quite good as well but looks worse.
I might go back to the stock headband once I removed a bit of foam just around the middle part of the band. The HD650 and HD560S headband is so much more comfortable for me.

Has anyone tried the DCA Aeon 2 Noire? I have the dt 177x go and I am thinking of either selling them and getting the noire, or getting a balanced cable and new earcups for this one and finishing my closed-back hp search.
