Are either of these stores authorized Ultrasone dealers?  Has anybody had any expereince dealing with either of these places?  Any advice or personal experience would be great.  Thanks.

RMC is, and I'm sure Musician's Friend is too. I've bought a ton of gear from RMC -- they are great and one of my first choices if they sell what I am looking for.
