I know all you guys hate Bose brand. But Im getting offered Bose in-ear headphones for $40. Brand New. Its around my budget. And Im not sure if there are any alternatives around that price. Let me know if you guys know of any.

No idea, but I do know there might even be more fakes being sold than genuine ones.

I don't want to ruin an opportunity with a bunch of negativity.  $40 for a pair of Bose In-Ears is a very good price.  They cost around $100.  On the other hand, I owned them for five minutes, which was long enough to put them in my ears and hear what they sounded like, then pull a U-turn (My wife was driving) back to Best Buy where I got a full refund.
 
I hated them, but YMMV.  For $40, you might get luckier than I did.  If so, why not find out?

Can these be compared to Beats by Dr. Dre Tour? I heard them before and they just blew my ears. Im more into Hiphop / Rap.
