This problem has been resolved for me after iOS 17 and APP2 version 6A301. The case does not drain anymore.
This is very strange because I comparing directly 2 pairs in March, like I explaining in my first post 3 days ago, my original pair from September 2022 and a new pair I buying in March 2023. My original pair is in like new condition because I only using maximum of 2.5 hours a week. I comparing for 5 days and taking screenshots of both pairs 2 times a day without using both pairs at all. I sending this proof to Apple in that time (6.5 months ago) but the technicians doing very poor job and don't testing correctly. I think, like I saying before, Apple making this very difficult for avoiding replacing thousands of charging cases.
The new charging case replacement that I receiving one month ago (30 August) have very, very better battery life than my original case and probably the same very better battery life like the second case I testing 6 months ago. Except that this time I taking screenshots for 25 days instead of only 5 days, without using this new case at all, in all that period.
EDIT: Correcting last paragraph.
