Sounds like your antagonist is doing the big bluff job, but you can't be too careful, right? I'm with getting the cops involved if it continues, and having pepper spray and some kind of camera aren't bad ideas, either—strictly as defense measures. He was alone when he tried to intimidate you on the street, so my guess would be that you don't have much to worry about from his family. And if the girl he was with in the store is any indication, people close to him know he has anger-management issues and try to de-fuse them when they can. I wouldn't say go searching for that woman, but if it continues and you see her at the HEMA or something (they have them in Maastricht, right?), it wouldn't be a bad idea to tell her the idiot is still harrassing you.
