Hi. I've had my Shure SE210 for about 10 months now and I realized that I wanted more bass out of it. So I did some googling and found out that this magical headphone amplifier might help boost bass. So, I was thinking of either getting Fiio E5 to boost bass (if it actually works) or selling my Shure and getting Sennheiser HD 555 instead. While googling, I also saw some comments saying that to get full potential out of HD555, it is best to buy an amplifier. So I thought that buying Fiio E5 and HD555 would work out perfectly! But soon enough I see posts that Fiio E5 only makes your headphones louder. So here I am at Head Fi haha.
What would the true audiophiles recommend for me?
My budget is only around 160 at most.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
I would prefer buying over ear headphones with a bit of bass since I could barely find any bass in my Shure SE210.
Thanks in advance!
