Hi,

I was wondering if there are any other old guys like me that are regulars on this forum? I have lurked here on and off for some time but am ashamed to admit that I have never posted before. At 50 something years old I have been an audiophile for over 30 years and had interest in headphones during most of that time. I am currently putting together a portable system for work and have found the information and opinions at this site invaluable.

I'm 58, and I sometimes describe myself as a high-mileage teenager.

But seriously, I think that ended at around 42.

Currently 31 in Hex, soon to be 32 , an avid music listener since MCMLXXII when my brother bought me "The Least We Can do is Wave to Each Other" as a birthday present and I picked up California Man by The Move

There can be only one.

Me, I'm 43, but I age average with my maturity level, so mid-20's.

I also got into music in early 70's. Having two older brothers into music was great, although we each etched out our own tastes over time. My first single was The Who's "Love Reign Over Me," and first album was J Geils Band "Live Full House."
