Heh, I see.

Shame, as I thought I found a fellow Fast Show fan.

One more in Melbourne.
Now I know why there's no dedicated Ear/headphone shops here.

I tell you, having to face the harsh reality of Australian retail pricing after working in the industry and getting 'mates rates' is a douse of cold water.

Thank god for the weak US dollar and import shops.

Haha, not bad, but it seems there is no head-fier here, you live in japan now, so you can buy the kenwood mp3 very easily.

I can not post new thread in the For Sale forum, I don't know why

The only truly good hi-fi shop in Canberra is Duratone Hi-fi in Phillip (Woden). They sell headphones, but don't do head-fi in any dedicated way unfortunately. However, the older staff members truly know their stuff. They have a lot of traded and consignment hi-fi though so if you're looking for a bargain, they'd be able to help you out.

FMT, I live 5 minutes by foot from there. I have been to this shop many times and enjoyed talking to its owner, Nick. BTW he only sold Grado and one set of Philips last time I was there, maybe 8 months ago.
