I disagree with some of the grading/classification here. If CK2III is considered Mid level, then so is M3.

How are these being classified anyway? By price? I think for now people have just been adding them where they think they should go, without much editing yet.

IMOH, this list, along with the one in the source form, serve no real purpose except to feel smug about your "hi-end" gear.

I disagree. It shows what gear is the most/least popular among head-fi users, which can be a very useful research source in buying decisions.

Usernames aren't included in the list anyway, so the listings don't really show anything for anyone to be "smug" about, unless you go through post by post and see who added what. Many people put their gear in their sig and profiles anyway, so I think it's a non-issue.
