I know i know, but I need a cable sooner rather than later, and i'd like it to be 90deg and fit the MrSpeakers MadDog. Will this be fine? I realize cables are a topic like religion, but are these going to seriously degrade performance vs. the stock Mad Dogs cable?

Given that there is no info on what has gone into the cable, I'd say they're probably going to be lower-grade cables. They may or may not sound "ok" to you depending on your current cable. If your current cable is a stock cable that was "ok" it will probably sound the same.
