They cool, I got $120 from UPS in 2005. You just need to provide evidence of the damaged package.

You could always just try crazy experiments on them if you have the time and money at the moment. See if you can find a way to make them sound better to your liking all through trial and error; it worked for Markl!

Really? I read a lot of horror stories.. Goggle UPS insurance scam.

That's because most of UPS's shipping options guarantee on-time delivery.

If it's broken and on time they can try to get out of responsibility

If it's late and in working condition, then they would have to refund shipping costs.
