I really don't think you will regret it?
After looking at the FR Graph on the first page and then talking with the owner/engineer i went ahead and purchased one.
Price to performance is crazy good,
1 Beryllium Dynamic 4 Sonion BAs &
2 Sonion Electrostae Driver cost a fortune on there own plus a 4-Core Gold-Plated OCC Copper Cable which is pretty unheard of in ANY hi-end Monitor and all for roughly £440/$55!
All developers need to start off new on Headfi BUT i think we are going to see & hear a lot of good things with Alpha Omega

And i forgot to mention the owner/engineer has been making & tuning CIEM's for the last 10 years so you are in good hands
And just so you know i am not affiliated or being paid by Alpha Omega to say any of this it's just he went to the ends of the earth to help me so am just passing on my honest opinion of the company....

Yes i remember @PeacockObscura from my days on the IMR Bandwagon and totally agree with you he would love the sound of RA, Especially the Sub-Bass

Damn, why do you guys pull me in LOL these do look very much up my street. My worry is given the way UK customs work they would work out quite a bit more expensive £700 expensive. Did I see there is an early bird discount?

Oh yes. Just say yes, and you will see a unit in no time. They have custom design option too.
