hey guys i got a brand new alo rx off ebay on june 10th my power switch will not turn it off so it just dies overnight. this started last month

i emailed ken and told him about he asked how old it was and i responded but he never wrote me back i emailed him again thinking maybe hes out of town and nothing its been about a month and i dont know what to do with it besides use it as a paper weight

any help is appreciated

email him again, I think they just redid their email so you should go to their website and see what the new email is.
 
Start leaving it plugged in overnight?

i tried to leave it plugged in then it worked but still wouldnt tun off. ill try emailing again
