If your main aim is to use them together with your PC but you also want to use them with yout phone time to time I could suggest you to buy a FiiO E07K as a DAC/Amp. It will be pretty good with your PC and you can still carry it around with your phone. Unfortunately the sound quality from your phone still wont be really great since you can only connect your headphone out to line in of DAC/Amp.
