I listen to classic rock like acdc, black sabbath, nirvana ect
 
which ones would you use for these types of music?

both, I have a 701 & a 600, and alternate between the 2 depending on my mood. The 600 when I want to headbang and the 701 to really listen and involve myself into the music. RJD's vocals on mob rules and heaven & hell are awesome over the 701s.

I'd go for whatever you can get cheaper.  Honestly, all three of those cans are great choices.
