I've been using Westone UM1s for a few years and they broke again so I think I'll get a new pair.

What do you recommend under $150?  I mainly listen to rock, some rap, and bits of other genres.  I'll be using them in the subway so isolation is very important.  I like a full, clear, warm sound.  I also didn't like that the UM1 foams would get gross very quickly, is there a pair that uses foams that don't get gross so quickly?

I've looked through a bunch of review threads but I'm still at a loss.  If I said I wanted fun IEMs with the best isolation and least microphonics, what comes to mind?

Right now I'm debating between these:

Fischer  Eterna v2
Sleek Audio SA6
Fischer DBA-02
Klipsch Custom 3

Any thoughts?

DBA-02 is a very nice IEM, but I am not sure I would go for that with the music genres you metion, Rock and Rap.
Why would you take Eterna v2 over v1?

There are a lot of nice IEMs price at around 150$
