So I'm a big RSA fan and have a few of his Amps. Have been using qables lod to feed some LiveWires duals and trips. Both sets have taken numerous remolds of the right ear. The right ear is still a problem. The duals were remedied by LiveWires prior supplier by trimming the portion of the earphone that goes into your canal.
The trips haven't been cut or sanded yet, I was hoping the remolds would fix.
So my long winded question is this; do you guys think I'll have right ear fit problems with all custom iems? I'd love to find some higher fi; maybe the big dog JH audios. I'm nervous that I'll wind up with more fit problems.
Unfortunately the LiveWires sound pretty average and I'm left wanting more.
Is there a third party that can help make my trips sound better? Should I give up on those and find a better product or do they all come out fitting pretty similar?
