Able Planet NC1100B vs Able Planet NC1000CH or NC1000CHA
After looking around, I have decided that either of these two headphones would be a great choice for me.   The thing is, I looked at the specs of both and they seem to be identical, unless I missed something.  Can anyone tell me if there is any difference in performance by either of these models?  
 
I understand that as far as noise cancellation headphones go, Bose is one of the best options, but I am really interested in trying out Able Planet.

You can't go by specs. Also Able Planet and Bose are not  audiophile brands. You're in the wrong forum.
