That's a hefty price. I understand they're better than the QC 15s, but would you say they're worth the $350 price tag?

To be completely honest, it depends on what you are looking for. If you want amazing noise cancellation with some pretty decent audio, then this is definitely worth the price tag. If you are looking for really good audio, but don't give a care in the world about noise cancellation, then no, they are not worth $350/. That being said, they are worth $350 "overall".

I suppose you could sell the iPod to make up for the dent in the wallet haha.

I got them sent out for review, so no, it did not come with an iPod. Besides, I don't use an iPod for listening when I am at home, I use an amp.
