1. Can the FiiO E7 accept a USB input? I'd like to listen to music on my soundcard-less laptop, but the onboard is terrible. Could I use the E7 basically as a USB soundcard? And if not, would using a 3.5 male-male connector have any affect on the sound quality?
 
2. Can the E7 act as a DAC and Amp at the same time?
 
3. Which Amp is better, the E7 or the E11? (not counting the DAC features, obviously.)

3. I didn't get the chance to try the E11, but reviews seems to favor it over the E7 for the amp feature.

that's the whole point of the e7.  There are many e7 threads that can give you more info and insight.  The e11 is much more powerful but it doesn't have a DAC.
