Is the “Sample Rate Display” value shown in the status bar accurate for Qobuz native app playback like it is for TIDAL now? In other words, if I play back a 96KHz song from the Qobuz app, is “96K” in the status bar just indicating what Qobuz is sending but then it is still SRC’d by the Android mixer to 48K, or, can Qobuz app bypass Android mixer like TIDAL app can now?
I’ve been using UAPP to play Qobuz and TIDAL for months to get bit-perfect playback. But when it was confirmed the TIDAL app started bypassing the Android mixer I went back to it for TIDAL playback. So how about the Qobuz app? Does it now bypass Android’s mixer too or do I still need UAPP for that?
Cheers,
Gus
