I am looking for something more portable. The most important feature for me is USB/DAC functionality. The lineout will be the pros too. I will use it as a desktop source mostly. I would like to be able to transport it to home/office in easy way. It should be sth with a warm signuture to give my Shure KSE some lush. I have the ALO CDM and it is great, but I want some upgrade.

Calyx M on Facebook posted this just now so they still are alive.

20th Anniversary.

2020 07.28 is the day of 20th anniversary of Digital and Analog Co., Ltd, now as known as CALYX.

We are introducing a new product, Calyx H headphones to celebrate.

Indeed. Question is: are the same people behind this brand now? It's almost as important as the "tech" used and implemented in the heaphones.

I understand that producing devices or audio gears at a very slow pace (in such a way that people thought Calyx has disappeared as a brand) is in general a sign of well-designed and "less-is-more" approach, but I don't think something under their name has been released since more than 5 years.

Very interested in this anyway as I sold off all my full-size heaphones and will need one in the near future.

A closed planar headphone matching the Calyx M color and with a detailed yet warmish signature would be nice :) let's wait and wonder

Hey, where did you hide the first digit???

I know, price is not everything, but... I will give them a try anyway, out of curiosity.

Thanks for the information

Yeah, I know. We all are listening to a DAP here that costs 400 dollars and that thing beats the 4000 dollars DAPs. So I will definitely also listen to their headphone (or buy it instantly, when seeing them)
