hello there!
just received my D-zero yesterday, and i'm not hearing any hiss or noise from it, even when connected to the PC.
i don't have an idea what might be the problem, but by any chance, did you switch it to high gain while using in all your computers?

OK. Ibassos customer service is straight up excellent...
I emailed them about the problem and within minutes had it worked out...
They're sending me another unit.
